WhatsApp campaigns by stage

From the Pipeline view of the CRM you can send a WhatsApp message to every customer in the same stage at once — for example, to re-engage everyone who ended up in “Lost”.

Set up a column’s campaign

Section titled “Set up a column’s campaign”
  1. On the Pipeline board, click the send icon on the column you want.
  2. Choose which template to use.
  3. If the template has variables (for example, the customer’s name), map each one to the matching Cercanto field.
  4. Save — that configuration stays set for that column, no need to repeat it every time.

Send the campaign

Section titled “Send the campaign”

Open the same dialog again whenever you want to send it. You’ll see how many customers in that column are eligible right now and the estimated cost, then confirm with Send.

A customer who already received that stage’s campaign won’t receive it again while they stay in that same stage — if they leave and come back later, they become eligible again.
