Catalog

Catalog is where you load what you sell at a fixed price — products or services. It’s the only source of prices your bot uses: it never quotes a made-up or outdated number, it always checks the catalog on the spot.

Have rooms instead of products?

If your business takes bookings (hotel, hostel, lodging), rooms and their types are loaded separately, under Bookings — not here.

Add a product or service

With Add product you set:

• Name and unit (for example “kg”, “unit”, “night”).
• Base price.
• Optional wholesale price, and from what quantity it applies.
• SKU and category, if you use them.
• Whether it’s active (visible to the bot) or not.

No bulk upload yet

Today products are loaded one at a time. If you have a lot of them, let us know — it’s something we’re evaluating based on how much demand there is for it.

How the bot uses it

When a customer asks about a price or availability, the bot checks your catalog live before answering. If the customer uses a different name than what you loaded, the bot still has the full catalog on hand to offer the right option, instead of saying it doesn’t exist.
